BRINDISI GUIDED ETHNIC FOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
Do you know your plantain from your yam - Do you know cloves from your star anise? Do you know you can join the Kitchen Takeover to experience a guided ethnic shopping experience.
After hosting many events around Puglia - people have been asking us questions about the food we have cooked. More recently, following a very interesting and enlightening Facebook chat about coriander, a lot of people expressed interest in the two very key ethnic food shops here in Brindisi. So we want to deliver an experience where Amy, head chef for the Kitchen Takeover can explain the difference and how best to use these spices and ingredients in your home cooking to gain full flavour. We also want to support these local business and their diverse products
