Lebanese food is a fresh & flavourful Mediterranean cuisine & is particularly known for dishes like hummus & tabbouleh. It is usually served as communal mezze (small plates) with pitta bread. The food is typically fragrant & tasty infused with garlic, lemon olive oil, sumac, cumin, thyme & za’atar.
