✨ NeuroArt Workshop & Lebanese Meze Evening – Ostuni ✨

An evening designed to nourish both creativity and the senses — combining mindful NeuroArt practices with the warmth, colour, and generosity of a traditional Lebanese dining experience.

Hosted by Carol Bosack at her newly established creative workshop space in Ostuni, this immersive experience invites guests to slow down, reconnect, create freely, and then gather around the table to enjoy an abundant Lebanese Meze feast with wine.

The workshop introduces participants to Neurographica-inspired drawing methods and intuitive neuro art practices that explore the connection between creativity, emotion, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. No artistic experience is required. Through flowing line work, shapes, colour, and guided exercises, participants are encouraged to move beyond overthinking and perfectionism and instead experience creativity in a calming, natural, and deeply personal way.
